Why is CAMRA running a Beer Club?
It is often difficult for people to buy a high quality range of bottle-conditioned products at the supermarket or their local off-licence. CAMRA has therefore selected some excellent examples of these in mixed cases that can be delivered to your door with no fuss. In doing this, we hope to increase our members' knowledge about bottle-conditioned beer, and provide you with some great tasting ales.

What about the effect on the pub trade?

CAMRA believes that the best place to enjoy real ale is in the pub. However, we also accept there any many occasions when people do drink at home. In these instances we prefer to drink real ale in a bottle rather than canned beer or bottled beer that has been sterilised or pasteurised. By providing more information about real ale, and by increasing awareness of different beer styles we hope that beer lovers will have the confidence to try different styles of cask ales at the pub.

How are the beers selected?
Each case is handpicked by a panel of experts from both CAMRA and Realale.com. We ensure beers are of the highest quality by having brewing experts on hand to advise. Every beer is selected for its consistency, quality and diversity. We also welcome Beer Club members to make their own personal recommendations to the Club. To make a recommendation, please email info@camrabeerclub.com.

Do some of your cases feature foreign beers?
Yes, although CAMRA is there to support British beer and British breweries, we do in fact support foreign beers that are authentically brewed. The feedback from our members indicates that there is a strong interest in this type of product - which is why we have included these beers.

What is Realale.com's involvement?
CAMRA is working with Realale.com to develop the CAMRA Beer Club to the highest standard. By using  Realale.com's experience in home delivery of beer and of purchasing beer from a wide selection of breweries we aim to give an excellent level of customer service to our Beer Club Members, supported by our knowledge of beer, to design and select each unique case of beer. We are working together to ensure that we provide the best quality product and service to our members.

What are the delivery costs?
We offer a next day delivery service for both 12 or 20 bottle cases at a cost of £6.99. If you purchase more than one case, the cost for each additional case is £3.00. For hard to reach geographical locations there can be an additional delivery charge. For further information, please view the 'Delivery' option in the horizontal menu text at the bottom of the page.

How is the payment taken?

Full payment will be taken on the completion of your order.

How many cases do I have to commit to?
When joining the club you commit to a minimum of 3 deliveries.   However, you are always welcome to opt in and out of any cases.  Just give our team a call and we will update your account to ‘skip' a case.  Don't forget that if you don't like a particular beer, we will be happy to replace it with something different from the case, of your choice.

Where do we deliver too?
We can deliver to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles and Republic of Ireland. Some of these areas carry an additional charge due to their hard to reach geographical locations. Please view the 'Delivery' section at the bottom of this page.

Can the delivery address be different from the billing/senders address?
Yes, the delivery address can be different from the senders/billing address. You can select a different delivery address when you are confirming your order in the check out phase of the purchase. You may also add up to 10 different delivery addresses to your address book. To do this please go to 'Your Account' and then within the 'My Account' area select 'View or change my entries within my address book'.
   
I missed my delivery - what should I do?
If you unexpectedly had to leave your home on the day of delivery and therefore missed your delivery, the courier will post a note through your door indicating he/she has left the package with a neighbour or there will be a card with a number to call to arrange re-delivery. If the latter is the case, please call the number on the card to request delivery, or please call us directly on 0845 459 3179 or email orders@camrabeerclub.com and we would be happy to re-arrange the delivery on your behalf.

Can't Login?
Have you registered with camrabeerclub.com? If not please just click on the 'login' icon in the top menu bar and follow the instructions. If you have already registered and it is not working, please click 'login' and then request a new password, this will reset you account, keeping all your previous information. The system will automatically email you a new password to the email address you originally signed up with. Once you receive the new password, please re-login. Once logged in you can simply 'view your account' and reset your password to a memorable alphanumerical password of your choice.
